‘Curiosity is Keys’ is the name of Keys Asset Management’s R&D unit. Its core purpose: to anticipate future real estate trends. Its objective is to make real estate innovation a business accelerator for Keys Asset Management and a performance booster for our clients.

In the R&D unit, we study urban environments and experiment with new urban projects :

• Our role in a nutshell: to INSPIRE. We closely monitor real estate innovations to identify future trends and share knowledge.
• We also EXPLORE, launching studies and venturing into untapped areas of research through our work with our university and private-sector partners.
• Thirdly, we lead by DOING. We prototype new construction solutions and create new lifestyle experiences through innovation.

We seek to expand our knowledge and develop our sources of creativity. Our goal is to stimulate collective intelligence within the Group in order to safeguard our positioning in the most buoyant real estate segments for cities and city-dwellers, and to design unique and high-performing investment products for these segments. Since we are at the epicentre of our industry’s transformation, we also practice Keys Asset Management’s ESG policy. As a result, our teams of experts are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve lasting global excellence.

Endowment Fund

Since day one, Keys AM has promoted buildings that are sustainable, connected, people-oriented and that comply with the new developments and practices of the real estate industry. This is why we decided to set up the Keys AM endowment fund. Our goal : furthering education and research in real estate.

Today, all real estate industry players must challenge their business models. We are seeing transformation in professions across the industry, in the way we work, in our digital tools, and in the prominence of collaborative consumption, and especially in residents’ expectations. At Keys AM, we factor in these trends in order to offer our clients properties that in line with new market practices. Ultimately, we aim to provide innovative investment solutions designed for the future.

Our R&D unit, which partners with researchers at Gustave Eiffel University (formerly Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée – UPEM), helps us plan for the future development of urban environments.

Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée (UPEM) has always strived to keep pace with social and economic trends, while investing in top-quality research staff and facilities. Our projects prioritise the educational, training and research needs of real estate firms.
